Our morning commenced with a relaxing sleep in which was well deserved. After breakfast we had a debrief in small groups reflecting on the past week with one of the leaders. This was a good time to share and verbally process what we had found challenging and rewarding.
Straight after lunch we went back to the hotel where we met with Kunthea who took us on a tour of the King’s Palace. The palace was full Khmer history and provided insight to the cultural background.
We then went to a cafe which had a nice air conditioner to cool us all down from the humid weather then it started raining . We had dinner at a restaurant along the riverside. Brayden was put to the challenge to finish his food for a lovely compliment from Emily C to which he held up his end of the deal, finishing a whole pizza and onion rings.

Kunthea then took us the night market where they had a Japanese festival, we had a good look around and bought little items before heading home for the night.
